  1. I appreciate your reference to my recent blog post as I believe concussion is a public health risk. Your help with cross cultural clients is exemplary and necessary. I attended a conference on Saturday on the topic of disaster psychiatry and have seen first hand how difficult it can be – especially in a crisis like a tsunami or when an unborn child is in distress and needs help. They are both the same – establish trust and communicate empathy. M Sefton
