What makes you different from your competitors? Remember that hindsight is 20/20. Remember to look to the past and look to the future when you think about this question
In our company, specifically, there are several things that make us different from our competition. Here are a few examples:
1. We are 100% based online. We save our clients money and time by conducting our services online. (Site visits are very rare, but do happen on occasion).
2. It’s our joy to specialize exclusively in helping clients navigate and enhance cross-cultural relationships, improve interpersonal communication with colleagues and patients and promote the well-being of physicians and medical staff, through interpersonal, language and cross-cultural business coaching. In addition to working with those currently practicing medicine, we also specialize in working with International Medical Graduates and ECFMG’s. What that means is that we don’t work with clients outside of the medical field.
3. We partner with organizations to see changes happen. In other words, we don’t simply parachute in and solve the problem as experts. We collaborate with others to see the product created and sustained in a way that is successful. It means using existing structures to create beauty and change, not reinventing the wheel.
